Unfiltered Coffee in Bartow
You will find plenty of beautiful backdrops for Instagram photos inside Unfiltered Coffee. While we generally refer to this place as a coffee shop, it is so much more than that. Inside you’ll find a bookstore, a small shop area featuring handmade jewelry, headbands, candles and more, plus Unfiltered hosts art classes. We’d be remis if we didn’t mention their delicious brunch pies, sweet treats, and lunch sandwiches too.

Lake Wales History Museum
A list of Instagram-worthy places in Central Florida wouldn’t be complete without the mention of Lake Wales History Museum. The Museum sits inside the cutest pink building that used to be a Railroad Depot on the Atlantic Coast Line. The building is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, and you’ll find 3 historic train cars in the back, including a 1926 Seaboard Air Line Railroad Caboose. Admission to the Lake Wales History Museum is always free and a tour shouldn’t be skipped.

Dixieland Relics in Lakeland
Dixieland Relics is an eclectic antique store that is FILLED with character and unique finds. This indoor and outdoor vintage store is well-organized and clean and has been open since 2013. Originally a gas station, this shop has plenty of retro photo backdrops.

Mass Market Wall in Lakeland
The Mass Market Color Wall has 5 color stripes and is often used as a backdrop for wedding photos, pregnancy announcement grams, professional headshots, graduation pictures, and so many other fun life events. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring your dog, or bring your fancy bike. Just make sure you add this color wall to your vacation itinerary.

Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales
In short, Bok Tower Gardens is a National Historic Landmark that opened in 1929 and features a 205-ft. tall Singing Tower. The 60-bell carillon sings at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. every day of the year. The Tower is surrounded by 250-acres of beautifully landscaped gardens filled with live oaks, azaleas, magnolias, camellias, palms and much more. You’ll have seemingly endless opportunities to take beautiful photos.

Slice of Happiness Mural in Lake Wales
This Lake Wales mural pays homage to Polk County’s rich history in the citrus industry, and it was painted by one of our favorite mural artists, Gillian Fazio. Slice of Happiness is just a few blocks from Lake Wales History Museum and a few miles from Bok Tower Gardens.

The Poor Porker in Lakeland
Not only is The Poor Porker Instagram-worthy, but you’ll have at least 10 backdrops to choose from when you’re planning that perfect picture. Like a few of the above-mentioned places, The Poor Porker has a strong Bohemian theme in an open-air café setting. It’s also a hodgepodge of yumminess because you can enjoy mouthwatering beignets and coffee or craft hamburgers from Alder’s Burgers and locally brewed craft beer. The Poor Porker’s reviews on Yelp, TripAdvisor and Google confirm why this place is so popular.

Scout & Tag Plant Room in Lakeland
Have you ever walked into a home décor store and said, “I wish I could live here!” We’ll, this is the Central Florida version of that store. While we could go on and on for days about all their Lakeland themed home goods, and accessories made by local artisans, we must declare that Scout & Tag’s plant room is one most Instagram-worthy places in Central Florida. This room is oozing with inspiration and we predict you’ll leave the store with at least one plant, if not more.
